ITALIAN MINISTER FOR PARLIAMENTARY RELATIONS
Federico D'Incà (Belluno, 10 February 1976) is an Italian politician, since 5 September 2019 minister for relations with Parliament first in the Conte II government and later in the Draghi government. A graduate in economics and commerce from the University of Trento, a civic activist in the Belluno area, he joined the first meetups of the 5 Star Movement, becoming a promoter of the lists in Belluno and Feltre, in 2012.
Member of the Italian Parliament since 2013, he has put forward several requests from the mountain territories of Veneto in collaboration with local M5S groups, some civic committees and local administrations.A member of the Budget, Treasury and Planning Commission, he has also served as group leader and, later, group president of the Movimento 5 stelle. In 2018, he was re-elected to the Chamber of Deputies. As part of the Conte II Government, he was appointed Minister for Relations with Parliament and Reforms. He retained the same responsibility in the subsequent Draghi government.
