Corinna Schulze
DIRECTOR, EU GOVERNMENT RELATIONS, SAP
Corinna Schulze is Director, EU Government Affairs at SAP since 2014. In her current position, Corinna is responsible for public policy matters related to the Digital Economy, Data Protection, Cyber Security and Export Control. She followed closely the negotiation and adoption of the General Data Protection Regulation and is now involved in the practical implementation within the company. Her fields of expertise are data protection, privacy, law enforcement and cyber security. Beyond she plays an active role on matters related to the digital data economy, cloud computing and artificial intelligence policy as well as dual use/export control. Corinna chairs the European and External Affairs committee of the SPD Wirtschaftsforum e.V, serves on the Advisory Board of the Future of Privacy Forum (FPF) and is a member of the Digital Economy Advisory Board of the University of Vaasa, Finland.
In a former role with IBM she was responsible for policy, legal, and regulatory matters impacting the tech sector. Prior to joining IBM Corinna worked with the European Commission, Directorate General Information Society, where she was responsible for developing polices related to Electronic Commerce, Digital Rights Management and Internet Regulation and the preparation of policy and legal briefings.
Corinna holds a law degree from the University of Münster, Germany and her bachelor law degree with the district court of Düsseldorf.
