This always involves a double challenge of protection, in terms of privacy (but not only), on the one hand, and, on the other hand, of better exploiting the data available to us for worthy social purposes, such as helping us manage and get out of the COVID pandemic and for economic development, including in the industrial sphere. How is the approach to data changing in Europe and Italy? How to go about the next wave of digital change?
