Event Details

High level round table with institutions (Italian and European) and the industry on the themes of connectivity of remote areas, Smart-Villages, benefits for communities and new investments (Agriculture, Health, Education, Mobility, Culture).

In the weeks leading up to the Forum, a closed-door meeting will be held to explore the synergies between the various parties, with an eye on how to bringing remote areas into the 21st century. Following the meeting, the Cortina Declaration will be produced, a shared document in which participants will commit to developing, in their areas of expertise, the conditions for bringing rural, mountain and remote areas up to speed with the digital revolution. The document will be officially signed, and presented at the end of the roundtable on Thursday, April 22.
